I give pop singer Pink credit for always taking risks with her hair…but this new boyish ‘do is just not working for me. Really? Pink? What were you thinking? There is nothing sexy about this haircut. Maybe she was going for the Halle Berry look and her stylist got it all wrong. Her color is pretty plain jane too…don’t you agree? Like her better as a blonde.

Have you seen Hayden Panettiere’s do short ‘do? She showed up yesterday to the Global Home Tree Earth Day reception hosted by Director James Cameron in Los Angeles with an all new cropped hairdo.

This celebrity looks like she has gone from young Hollywood to A-list overnight! While we loved her long locks, her new chopped,  slicked back is ultra-chic.

Heidi Klum was out and about with her kids last week rocking a new shaggy short ‘do. This is a great look for any mom on-the-go. Short enough to cut styling time, but long enough to still manage a sexy swept up bun.

What are we saying?! Heidi could go bald and still be sexy. She can do no wrong in our book.

I had a hair breakdown last week. I called my favorite hairstylist to see if she could fit me in for a haircut before I left for vacation but she was booked! I wanted to chop it all off – every last strand. Not pull a Britney, but pretty close. So I started browsing the web for hairstyles I really like. I needed a change – something new and sleek and sophisticated. I hate to say it, but not so big.

I found a couple pics of Selena Gomez, ya know…from Disney? I think she’s like 10 years younger than me but who cares! She has great hair and she is always changing up her look.

In the middle of my breakdown I went to a salon near my house that was highly recommended by a friend, Muse. I explained my hair troubles to the stylist  and instead of talking me out of it, she was all for it! Get rid of all the excess hair baggage and start 2010 fresh. She actually wanted me to go shorter but I just couldn’t do it.

So here I am! I cut off 4 inches! Ah! The most I have ever cut and I really love my new look. The trick now is trying to recreate this look at home, without the help of a professional. And figure out how to wear this cut curly.

I’ll be doing a lot of research on new products and tips – so stay tuned! 2010 here we come!!

1. Hallie started by shampooing and conditioning Kristen’s hair with a moisturizing formula to create a good base for styling

2. She began by cutting bangs to create roundness around the cheekbones, a look that is complimentary of her heart shape face

3. Hallie applied the Pantene Pro-V Volume Root Lifter Gel from root to tip to begin building volume, as well as the Pantene Pro-V Texture Spray Wax to make hair more malleable for styling

4. Then, she blow dried Kristen’s hair while brushing it away from the scalp, periodically flipping her hair over to ensure lots of volume at the crown

5. Hallie then pinned sections of her hair back with bobby pins to secure it away from the face, leaving some pieces around the face to give the illusion of a bob with bangs – a nod to the bowl cut, but with a modern feel

6. To polish off the look, Hallie used the Pantene Pro-V Smooth Serum to give Kristen’s hair long lasting shine for the night

Kristen Stewart has chopped her hair short for her new role as Joan Jett in the film The Runways. And unlike Kim, this is not a wig. We think this look fits her hipster style…thoughts?

What is up with Christina Aguilera’s way-too-short fringe bangs? C’mon now! Here she is at the LG Rumorous Night launch party in West Hollywood last night.

I think it’s great that she wants to be in the Big Hair Club, but her bangs just don’t mesh with her waves.

Halle Berry was just spotted with a new look for summer – a cute and lighter colored  hairstyle.

We are totally diggin’ this new bouncy cut on her. Her side-swept soft waves are perfect for keeping active in this season’s heat.

Is it possible for this woman not to look sexy?! I don’t think so. And what goes perfect with a a lighter hair color…how about a nice tan?
