My colleague told me to make an appointment with one of the new talents at Van Michael on South Beach, so I did and it was probably one of the best haircuts I have ever had. For $35 bucks I got a scalp and shoulder massage, wash, haircut and a lesson on how to “twist.” Oh, I forgot…a hot cup of coffee which I really needed.
