Vogue Magazine’s Best New Salons

Not sure if you saw this, but the November issue of Vogue Magazine did a feature on the best new hair salons. If you live in LA, NYC or Boston you’re in luck. If not, you’ll have to make a special trip to try one of these out.

Serge Normant at John Frieda, Los Angeles
This salon is located in Melrose Place and known for their courtyard pool (Fun!). Celeb clients include Cindy Crawford and Amber Valletta. Cuts start at $150, color from $110.

Ricardo Rojas, NYC
This new space is located downtown at the Hotel Rivington. This salon takes appointments until 1:00 am! Cuts and color both start at $150.

Mizu, Boston
Elan Sasson, son of Vidal, opened his new salon in the Mandarin Oriental hotel. You won’t get bored waiting for your new stylish look to be completed with programmed ipods, mini TV’s and wireless laptops. Cuts from $125; color from $80.

HamdiBeauty Studio, Los Angeles
This salon is located in a former ladies’ lounge of the El Royale, a historic 1920s apartment building in Hancock Park. Lucky for celebs, it’s very private and hard for paparazzi to get in. Cuts from $300; color from $150.

Warren-Tricomi, NYC
Located in the Plaza Hotel, this is a 6,000 square-foot supersalon. The staff includes 80 hairstylists, colorists, brow groomers and makeup artists.
