Express partnered with RADD (Recording artists, Actors and Athletes Against Drunk Driving) and ELLE Magazine to create awareness amongst tens of million of teens and young adults on the dangers of texting while driving. We actually scored some pics from the exclusive cocktail party.
Our curly girl Annalynne McCord was lookin’ good (as always!) with a shoulder-length half-up half-down style.

We loved Rachel Bilson’s outfit – she was wearing an EXPRESS Black boyfriend blazer over a short floral dress. Her hair however is another story! Her locks looked limp and in need of a dye job!
