Since we’re speaking of American Idol, what did you all think of Carrie Underwood’s faux bob on Wednesday night’s show? Lots of fans may have thought that Carrie chopped off her long locks, but that is not the case. According to People.com, Carrie’s reps confirmed that her hair was simply pinned up (isn’t it crazy how celebs have reps to confirm they didn’t get a haircut?!?!).

Carrie kept her look up to par with current trends by accessorizing with a big, black bow. While we are more of a fan of her long tresses, we think its good that Carrie is experimenting and taking some risks.
